When correctly done, may legitimately avoid taxes on additional hundreds of thousands of dollars in capital gains!  Installment sales, including the use of structured settlements with an insurance company guarantee, may further reduce taxes.  In IRC 1031 transactions we can find accommodators for individual properties or Tenant-in-Common (TIC) investments through Independent Financial Group, LLC FINRA/SIPC.
